Hazwoper Operations

This three-day program is for individuals who respond to releases (and potential releases) of hazardous substances. Emphasis is placed on the hands-on training to respond in a defensive fashion to contain or control a hazardous materials incident within the capacity of the resources and equipment available on site. This program satisfies the OSHA training requirements of 29 CFR 1910.120 for First Responder Operations.

NOTE: Each participant is expected to bring personal protective equipment to include: coveralls, hardhat, eye protection, gloves, and work shoes or boots.
