PEPCO Utilities Fire Response Training

PEPCO has created an online (asynchronous) course for first responders which is intended to encourage safe practices in hazardous situations. Although this course was created by PEPCO for responders in PEPCO areas, the majority of the information is applicable to all responders across the state. It takes 1 hour and 10 minutes to complete the entire course The course consists of 4 modules. Two modules are 15 minutes in length, the other two are 20 minutes in length. The modules are: Basic Electrical Safety, Battery Energy Storage, Curbside Fire Emergencies, Substation Emergency Planning.
